SUP Community initiative Africa is a nonprofit organization in Uganda working to shape & empower the communities. Due to high vulnerability levels among communities with particular emphasis to those communities located in rural and slum areas of Uganda, very many individuals and households have become extremely vulnerable without ability to recover. Among those most vulnerable have been people living with chronic illness, Women, stigma, children, youths, people living with disabilities (PWDs) and elderly.
